Located at the front end of a thirty foot high existing strata warehouse space, the 3400 square foot Ican Tile Showroom/ Offices are organized as a series of programmatic strips. The Entry/ Reception zone mediates between the public Showroom and the private offices, sales area, mezzanine, and the warehouse itself. In section, these strips alternate between single and double height, solid and void, to provide dynamic views from above and below to the tiles displayed.
